the excellent job you have done. I have used SuperPCB intensively for the last
week on a design I am working on. I am really impressed at the significant
improvements that have been made since I last upgraded. I have been using your
product since 1996 and from the research I have done, nothing comes close to
your product for even twice the cost. Keep up the good work.
University Professor
Just a note to say I really like the application. It is very
easy to use and has served me well. I just retired from teaching EE at a
local university and we had a 10 station SuperPCB license for our lab. The
students all used it immediately with only a minimum of instruction.
Students from other classes used it over all the others because of its
simplicity. My teaching assistant wrote a short instruction manual and that
is all that was needed. I taught my 13 year old grandson how to use it in
just a short time. He has been making PC boards ever since.
Design Engineer: As our designs here grew in complexity the powers at be decided to purchase ORCAD. Prior we would farm out the more complex designs. You can do wonderful things with ORCAD, but just try and figure out how. What I'm getting at is, right from the start when I bought the SuperCAD/PCB package some 10 years ago. It was/is very easy to use. You've done a wonderful job at designing the user interface (features and robustness is a given). The feather for your cap is this, this $20,000 ORCAD package hasn't replaced SuperCAD/PCB. We still use it. I simulated a step up DC/DC inverter to drive some LED's for one of products, SuperCAD was within 5% Orcad was out about %20 from measured. Oh darn. Assistant College Professor: SuperPCB is excellent for the school. The students can self learn to use in in just a few minutes. They produce some good PCBs. Another User: Hello, I just wanted to thank you for the upgrade, I was a little impatient but the wait was well worth it. Excellent program and easy to use. Thanks. Another User: We've been using your products since 1996 and are very happy with them. We purchased SuperCAD and SuperPCB. Consultant: I am an EE consultant working for a very small company. I am presently contracted out to an aerospace company and found that they are using your SuperCAD for their schematic capture program. The engineer I work for purchased it himself. I am impressed with this program. The company I work for uses (please excuse the profanity) OrCAD, an incredibly stupid program for all of the years it has been around. I have an older version of SuperTOOLS. It was
purchased from Digikey in Thief River Falls, MN several years ago. I really Engineer: I have owned SuperPCB package for several years now, and think for the money
it's excellent. I've used it for production boards but mainly for engineering
prototyping where it really shines, doing toner transfer, where PADS and Cadence which I have both used don't work as
well. I REALLY appreciate how quickly and cleanly it opens, closes, changes functions, etc. !!! (Just the opposite of MS-Bloatware.) |
