Schematic Entry Software

SuperCAD for Windows (MA80000-$149)
Windows version of SuperCAD schematic editor. Includes library parts (approximately 2000 equivalent symbols), netlister, parts builder, digital and analog simulation support (simulators available separately). Supports any printer (including laser, postscript, and plotter devices---both color and black & white!) and any video display with a Windows driver. Up to 5 schematic pages are supported.

SuperCAD+ for Windows (MA80100-$249)
This is a combination package which includes SuperCAD for Windows with Multiple-Document Interface (MDI) for large projects and additional library parts (MA3010). Up to 32 schematic pages are supported.

LIB-2 library parts (MA3010-$85)
More than 11,000 additional parts for use with SuperCAD. Parts symbols include parts from Intersil, Maxim, Micron, Analog Devices, NEC, Intel, TI, Motorola, National Semiconductor, and others! 

Simulation Software

SuperSIM Digital Simulator for Windows (MA81000-$149)
Powerful event-driven simulator which works directly with SuperCAD. Includes library of 150 TTL and CMOS part models and has capacity for 500 signals. Logic waveform outputs are displayed within the SuperCAD schematic editor.

SuperSIM+ Digital Simulator for Windows (MA81100-$399)
Enhanced version of SuperSIM with 550 part models, up to 4000 signals.

mentalSPICE Analog Simulator for Windows (MA66000-$199)
Analog simulator which works directly with SuperCAD (Windows). Includes models for transistors, diodes, passive devices. Allows AC, DC, and transient analysis. Comes with 350 semiconductor models and over 300 IC models. IC models include LM555 & LM556 timers, LM723 regulator opamps, comparators, digital logic and others. Works with vendor supplied IC models. Now includes SuperCAD. Requires 80x87 coprocessor.

Printed Circuit Board Software

SuperPCB Printed Circuit Board Software (MA85000-$549)
Multi-layer printed circuit board software for up to 16 signal layers and 32" x 32" board size; resolution to 1/10 mil. Includes enhanced batch autorouter with ripup and retry passes and autoplacement functions. Includes six power planes. Produce artwork on laser printers, plotters, and other Windows compatible devices, or in Gerber format. Library of 1700 package types included (DIPs, discretes, surface mounts, etc.).

SuperPCB Printed Circuit Board Software---Intermediate level (MA85050-$149)
Two-layer version of MA85000 with incremental autorouter, Gerber, up to 16" x 8" board size, 500-part library. (Batch router and placement not included).

SuperPCB Printed Circuit Board Software---Intermediate Level with Router (MA85100-$299)
Same as MA85050, but with two-layer batch autorouter and 32" x 32" board size.

ZwCAD (Standard)- The low cost alternative to AutoCAD (MA2500-$595)
Powerful computer aided design package suitable for a wide variety of uses including mechanical and architectural designs. It is compatible with the popular AutoCAD^© program, but much more affordable!   ZwCAD is an excellent alternative to AutoCAD in the 2D field. 

ZwCAD (Professional)- The low cost alternative to AutoCAD (MA2510-$795)
This has all the features of the standard version but has additional features including ACIS support and VBA (Visual Basic for application) support.

Booklet---Making Your Own Printed Circuit Boards (MA9500-Note was $14.95, now $5.00--Special close out!)
This booklet provides detailed instructions for fabricating your own printed circuit boards economically without the need of a darkroom or expensive equipment. The booklet shows you every step involved from generating artwork to drilling and shaping of a printed circuit board. Plans for special equipment are included as well as listing of all the resources that you need.

You must be a current owner to qualify for an update or upgrade order. We need your original invoice number, or approximate date of purchase if you bought the product from us directly; if you bought the product from Digi-Key, we need your Digi-Key number.

Updates to Current Versions
Single Product less than 3 years old:$75, otherwise $95
Combination Product less than 3 years old: $100, otherwise $150
Note: After Aug. 1. 2007, if product is more than 8 years old then update charge is same as new purchase price.
